Terms
Payment
Payment can be made either via MobilePay or Shopify Payments. Both are approved and secure payment gateways. All prices include VAT and once payment has gone through you will automatically receive an order confirmation.
Shipping & delivery terms
A knitters World uses PostNord as the shipping carrier. We have a flat shipping rate of 40kr., regardless of the package size. We offer free shipping on orders over 599kr.
You can expect a delivery time of 2 - 3 days.
If any parts are damaged or items are missing when you receive the package, please contact us as soon as possible either by email aknittersworld@gmail.com or by phone 51 50 57 21.
Right of withdrawal & returns
At A knitters World, we are well aware that ordering online isn’t the same as being in a store and able to touch the yarn. Therefore, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It starts from the day you receive your package. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days either by email: aknittersworld@gmail.com or by phone 51 50 57 21 and tell us that you wish to return the item.
You always have the right to withdraw from the purchase, but we would very much like to know the reason in case there is something we can improve or if there is something wrong with the product.
If you wish to return the item we recommend that you send it as a parcel so that it is insured in transit. You are responsible for the package until it is in our hands. To make our work easier, we would appreciate it if you include a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase in the parcel. We recommend that you keep the receipt and any Track & Trace number.
Please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or parcels without delivery.

When we have received the parcel and confirmed the condition of the item, we will refund your money to the account used for the purchase. Please note that you must pay the postage to return your items.
If we assess that the item’s condition is diminished or damaged (e.g., smells of smoke), A knitters World reserves the right to appraise the item and refund the amount corresponding to
the depreciation.
Uncollected parcels
If you do not collect your parcel within the carrier's storage period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. We will then contact you with two options: We can resend the parcel to you (subject to payment of a new shipment), or we can refund your purchase.
For uncollected parcels an administration fee of 250.00 kr. (DKK) will be charged. The fee covers our handling of the returned parcel. In addition, we will deduct documented costs for return shipping from the refund.
For orders to countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway and Switzerland) additional costs for customs processing of the returned parcel may apply. These documented costs will also be deducted from the refund.
Please note that failure to collect is not considered an exercise of your right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must still contact us actively within the 14-day period.
We recommend that you always collect your parcel and then contact us if you wish to return the item. This provides the fastest and smoothest process for both of us.
Claims
You have a 2-year warranty claim period on your item purchased from A knitters World. If you have unfortunately received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible either by email aknittersworld@gmail.com or by phone 51 50 57 21 and we will assess whether a repair of defects, exchange, or a price reduction can be made.
Normal wear and tear or incorrect use/treatment of the item, such as incorrect washing, cannot be considered a claim.
Cookie and privacy policy
When you shop at A knitters World, the following personal information must be provided: name, address, phone number, and email.
This information and which item you have purchased is stored for up to 5 years. These data will only be used internally and will not be shared with a third party.
In addition to the personal information you provide us in connection with a purchase, we use cookies at A knitters World to optimize the webshop and its functionality. Cookies help ensure you have the best possible experience when you visit our webshop.

Errors in entered prices and quantities are reserved.
