Terms of service

Payment can be made either via mobilepay or Shopify Payments. Both are approved and secure payment gateways. All prices include VAT and once the payment has been completed you will automatically receive an order confirmation.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right to make a claim applies to products purchased in our webshop. The right to make a claim covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product (e.g., incorrect washing of yarn). For claims, please contact us at webshop@aknittersworld.dk before returning the item.
